Salman Khan Upcoming Movies That You Cannot Afford to Miss

In the history of cinema, we’ve seen pairs consisting of actors and directors that always are able to deliver at the box-office. These pairs share such a bond and unity in their vision, that the end product of their work always turns out to be successful. Salman Khan and Ali Abbas Zaffar is another collaboration that has earned the place in this list. The duo first collaborated in 2016 with Sultan which also starred Anushka Sharma in lead. In the film, Salman played the role of a wrestler who loses his way in between and steps back in the ring to earn his respect and win over the love of his life again. After Sultan’s massive success, Ali was brought on board to direct the sequel of Ek Tha Tiger titled Tiger Zinda Hai. Directing a sequel of a movie that you weren’t even a part of can be a challenging task for any director. However, it seems that Ali has cracked the formula when it comes to what the audience wants from a Salman Khan film. Ali carried forward from where Ek Tha Tiger left off and went on to become an even bigger hit than the original. Now, they will be renting for the remake of the Korean film Ode To My Father. 

There’s something about watching a police officer beat up baddies that the Indian audience seems to love. While we saw many action dramas in Bollywood during the 80’s and 90’s where the protagonist was playing a police officer, Salman brought the trend back to the big screen. Following the success of Dabangg, we saw characters like Singham, Simmba and Sooryavanshi emerge.

Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali previously delivered the mega-blockbuster Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. The film also starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ajay Devgn and was about a newlywed man who finds out that his wife already loves someone else and decides to reunite them. 

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with Kick. The film was about a man who constantly searches for an adrenaline rush in any way possible which he describes as a ‘kick’. 

After delivering a box-office hit with Race 3 , Remo and Salman are all set to team up again for another venture and the fact that it’ll be a dance film surely has got our interest high.

The project was put on the backburner at that time for various reasons. However, the latest we hear that Remo and the team have decided to put it on track and Salman has also agreed to start it soon. In an interview with a leading daily, Salman said, “Remo and I were supposed to do another dance film last year but, unlike what he’d like to believe, everybody can’t dance, and I messed up my shoulder while training for the sequences. So that film was put on hold.
